How is this different from buying a lead list?

A bought list is stale data - half the contacts have moved on, and everyone else bought the same list. Will cold email get my domain blacklisted?

Not the way we run it. Your main domain never sends a single cold email - we set up separate sending domains with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured, warm them up properly over two weeks, and cap the volume per inbox. Deliverability gets monitored weekly, and if a domain's reputation dips, we rotate it out before it becomes a problem. The horror stories come from people blasting thousands of emails off their main domain on day one.

How many emails will you send?

Fewer than you'd think, and that's deliberate. Each inbox sends a modest daily volume, well inside the limits that keep messages landing in the inbox rather than in spam. We'd rather send 1,500 well-targeted, well-written emails a month that get replies than 20,000 that get flagged. If you want raw volume, we're the wrong agency - and volume stopped working anyway.

How long until meetings show up on my calendar?

Warmup takes about two weeks - that part can't be rushed without burning the domains. First replies usually land within the first week or two after launch, and a steady flow of qualified meetings typically builds by day 30-60 as we learn which messaging and segments respond. Anyone promising booked meetings in week one is skipping warmup, and you'll pay for that later.

Do you write the emails? Is it all AI?
