What's the difference between local SEO and regular SEO?
Local SEO wins the searches with a location attached - the map pack, "near me" queries, and city-level terms like "dentist in Austin." That fight is won with your Google Business Profile, reviews, citations, and location pages, not just blog content and backlinks. Traditional SEO targets the regular organic listings, often nationally. The two overlap and reinforce each other - if you need both, we fold this into a full SEO program and run them as one plan.
How long until I show up in the map pack?
You'll usually see the first movement within 30 days - profile fixes and citation cleanup tend to pay off fast. A durable top-3 spot in a competitive city typically takes 3-6 months, depending on how far ahead your competitors are on reviews and how strong your website is. Can you guarantee a top-3 map pack spot?
No - and nobody honestly can, because proximity is a ranking factor no agency controls. Someone searching two blocks from your competitor may see them first no matter what anyone does. My profile is suspended, or there's a duplicate listing. Can you fix it?

We handle the reinstatement process with Google, merge or remove duplicate listings, and fix the underlying issue - usually a guideline violation or inconsistent business details - so it doesn't happen again.
How do you get more reviews? Is that even allowed?

What we never do is buy reviews, gate out unhappy customers, or use incentives that violate Google's rules - those shortcuts get profiles suspended and reviews wiped.
