Booked calls.
Sold seats.
You're not buying opt-ins. You're buying calls that get held, registrants who actually attend, and enrolments that clear what it cost to win them. We build Facebook and Instagram campaigns around the sale at the end of the funnel - not the free download at the start - and follow the money through every step in between.
What are you actually
selling?
A $97 course, a $3,000 group program and a $15,000 consulting engagement are not the same campaign. The funnel length changes, the creative changes, and the number you optimize toward changes with them. Find the offer you're actually paid for - that's the playbook we build.
Calls that actually get held
High-ticket coaching and consulting sold in a conversation. Applications with qualifying questions built in, wired straight to your calendar - and optimized toward the calls that were held, not the forms that were filled. Your diary is the scarce resource, so we protect it.
Registrants who turn up
Live and evergreen webinars, masterclasses and multi-day challenges. Registration cost is the vanity number here - we report cost per attendee and cost per enrolment, because a cheap sign-up who never shows up costs you more than an expensive one who does.
Checkouts, not opt-ins
Low and mid-ticket courses and digital products, sold direct or through a short nurture. Payment events tracked server-side from your platform, abandoned checkouts recovered, and buyers excluded from acquisition the moment they pay.
A warm list before the cart opens
List building and warm-up in the weeks before launch, aggressive pacing while the cart is open, and retargeting sequenced to your open and close dates. Most coaches run evergreen underneath for steady enrolments and launches on top for the spikes.
Your ads aren't broken.
Your funnel is.
Every coach we talk to says a version of the same thing: "the leads are cheap, but nobody buys." That is almost never an ad problem. Here's what's actually happening between the ad and the payment - and what a properly built coaching account does instead.
What's draining your budget
- Optimized for the opt-in, so Meta finds people who collect free things and never buy
- A lead magnet that attracts everyone except the people who can afford the program
- No qualifying questions, so your calendar fills with no budget and no timeline
- Booked calls counted as wins while the show-up rate quietly sits under half
- The payment event never sent server-side, so Meta never learns who actually enrolled
- Webinar registrations reported as the conversion while attendance goes unmeasured
- Retargeting that keeps selling the free download to people who already have it
- Cost per lead reported every month, cost per enrolment never calculated at all
What we install instead
- Campaigns optimized to the held call, the attendance or the enrolment - not the opt-in
- Qualifying questions in the application, so your diary goes to people who can buy
- Show-ups and no-shows tracked, with reminders treated as part of the ad system
- Payment events sent server-side from your checkout, deduplicated, with real values
- Stage-based retargeting - registrants, attendees and checkout abandoners kept separate
- Buyer exclusions, so nobody sees the acquisition ad the day after they enrol
- Break-even cost per enrolment modelled from your offer price and close rate
- Reporting that follows the money from ad to opt-in to call to payment
The founders we work with.
Here's what founders say after working with us - unfiltered.
NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.
Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.
They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.
Six systems.
One funnel that pays.
This is the exact build order for every coaching and course account we take on - whether you sell a $97 download or a $15,000 engagement. Skip any one of these and the rest stops working.

NCMborz vs. the alternatives
You've got options. Here's how we stack up against what most coaches try first.
Here's exactly what you get.
No mystery, no "we'll get back to you." Every stage below ends with something delivered to your inbox - the same timeline whether you sell a course, a group program or a consulting engagement.
Strategy call & access
A 30-minute call to map your offer, your price point, your close rate and the steps between the ad and the payment. We send access requests within 24 hours. You don't lift a finger past the intro.
Analysis & build
Full account analysis. Funnel economics modelled to a break-even cost per enrolment. Tracking rebuilt end to end so the payment event reaches Meta from the server. Campaigns built, creative briefed. You see everything before it goes live.
Launch & first bookings
Campaigns go live. We monitor daily, cut what underperforms, and feed clean booking and payment signal back into Meta so it learns fast. The first applications, registrations and calls start landing.
Optimize & scale
By week three you'll have real cost-per-held-call data and a first read on cost per enrolment, fresh creative in market, and a scaling plan. If your sales cycle runs longer than a month, we'll say so rather than pretend the enrolment number is settled.
We get asked these every week.
Our leads are cheap but nobody buys. What's wrong?
Almost always that the account is optimized for the opt-in rather than the sale. Tell Meta to find people who download a free thing and it will find you people who habitually download free things - that audience is cheap and it does not convert. The fix is to move the optimization event down the funnel to the booked call, the attendance or the purchase, and to send those events back to Meta properly so it has something real to learn from. Cost per lead usually rises when we do this. Cost per enrolment is what falls.
Can you optimize for booked calls that actually show up?
Yes, and it is the single biggest lever on a high-ticket account. We put qualifying questions into the application so unsuitable prospects screen themselves out, wire the calendar as a tracked conversion, and where your CRM allows it we feed held calls back as an offline conversion. Meta then goes looking for more people like the ones who actually turned up, rather than more people like the ones who merely clicked book.
Do we need a webinar, or can we sell direct?
It depends on price and complexity, not on fashion. Low-ticket courses and digital products can often go straight to a sales page. Anything above roughly the price where someone needs convincing usually needs a step in between - a webinar, a challenge, a VSL or a call - because the ad alone cannot carry the argument. We will tell you which structure fits your offer on the call, and we would rather run a shorter funnel than a fashionable one.
We sell a high-ticket program. Is Meta the right channel?
Often yes, but the maths has to work before the ads do. High-ticket means fewer conversions, which means Meta has less data to learn from and the account needs longer to stabilise. If you sell a $15,000 engagement and close one in eight calls, you can afford a lot per call - but you need enough volume for the algorithm to find a pattern. We work that out from your close rate and offer price in week one, and we will say plainly if your volume is too thin for paid social to work.
How do you track a sale that happens on a call three weeks later?
By not relying on the pixel to do it. The click, the opt-in, the booking and the payment are tracked as separate events, tied together with consistent UTM parameters so your CRM and Meta are describing the same person. Where the platform supports it we push the closed sale back as an offline conversion. Where it does not, we reconcile manually against your CRM each month. The point is that cost per enrolment gets calculated from your actual revenue, not inferred from an attribution window that expires before your sales cycle ends.
Do you build the funnel, or do we?
We build the ad system and the conversion path it needs - landing pages, application forms, calendar wiring, checkout tracking. We are not rebuilding your entire course platform or writing your email sequences, though we will tell you where they are costing you money. If the funnel has a hole in it we will say so before we spend into it, because sending paid traffic through a broken step is the most expensive way to discover it is broken.
Do you make the ads, or do we?
We make them, but coaching is the one category where you have to be in them. People buy a person here, not a product, so founder-led video consistently outperforms polished brand creative. Statics and carousels are included in the management fee. Editing your footage is included; filming and full production are quoted separately. If you have never recorded an ad we will give you a shot list and a script, and the first batch is usually filmed on a phone.
How much ad spend do we need to start?
Enough for Meta to exit the learning phase on the event you actually care about, which is harder at high ticket than at low. A $97 course generates enough purchase events quickly; a $10,000 program may need to optimize on booked calls instead, because there will never be enough sales for the algorithm to learn from directly. We will give you a realistic floor for your offer and price point on the call, and if the budget cannot support the funnel we will say so rather than take it.
Can you run a launch, not just evergreen?
Yes, and they are genuinely different jobs. A launch needs list building and warm-up in the weeks before the cart opens, aggressive pacing during the window, and retargeting sequenced to the open and close dates. Evergreen needs stable acquisition and creative that does not fatigue. Most coaches we work with end up running both - evergreen underneath for steady enrolments, launches on top for the revenue spikes.
Our checkout is on Kajabi, Teachable, Stripe or a custom page. Can you track it?
Yes. The specifics differ - hosted course platforms vary in how much they let you instrument, and some need a workaround to send server-side events - but the principle is the same everywhere: the payment event has to reach Meta from the server, deduplicated against the browser event, with the real value attached. Where a platform genuinely will not allow it, we will tell you what you lose and what the alternative costs before you commit.
How quickly will we see booked calls?
First bookings and registrations typically land within 10-14 days. A reliable cost per booked call takes around 45 days, and cost per enrolment takes as long as your sales cycle - if you close over three weeks, you cannot know your true numbers in two. Anyone quoting an enrolment cost in week one is quoting a guess.
What if we're not the right fit?
We will tell you on the call. We turn down work that is not a fit - usually because there is no proof the offer converts yet, the price point cannot support paid acquisition, or the coach wants leads rather than a system. Selling a program that has never sold organically is the most common one, and paid traffic will not fix it. Either way you will leave the call knowing exactly what to fix next.
What happens on the strategy call?
30 minutes. We look at your offer, your funnel, your close rate and what an enrolment is actually worth, find the biggest leak between the ad and the payment, and tell you exactly what we would do in your first 90 days. If we are a fit, we talk pricing. If not, no hard feelings - no follow-up sequence, no pressure.
Let's build your playbook.
