Beautiful is easy.
Booked is the job.
Coaching sites fail in a specific way: they are lovely, they photograph well, and nobody ever books anything. The problem is almost never the design. It is that the site describes a person instead of moving a visitor toward the one action that matters - and buying you requires trusting you first.
What should they
do next?
A $97 course, a group program and a $15,000 engagement need entirely different sites. One needs a checkout, one needs a waitlist, one needs an application. Trying to serve all three from one page is why most coaching sites convert nobody in particular.
For anything sold on a call
An application that qualifies without deterring the right people, wired to your calendar, with the reminder sequence treated as part of the site rather than an afterthought. High-ticket coaching is sold in conversation, so the site's job is to earn the conversation.
For anything sold self-serve
Sales pages that carry the argument, checkout integrated with Kajabi, Teachable, Stripe or whatever you run, and abandoned-checkout recovery. If the product sells itself once someone is inside, the site should not be putting a call in the way.
Why you, specifically
Media appearances, results, testimonials, credentials and the specific transformation you deliver - placed where the decision actually happens rather than collected on a page nobody visits. Coaching is bought on trust and trust is built with specifics.
For the ones not ready today
Lead magnets and email capture wired into the same funnel your paid traffic uses, because most visitors are not ready on the first visit and a site with no capture simply loses them.
Your site is beautiful.
It just doesn't convert.
Every coach we talk to says a version of the same thing: "people tell me the site looks great and nobody books." Compliments are not conversions. Here's what's usually happening - and what a properly built coaching site does instead.
What's costing you the enrolment
- A homepage about your journey rather than the problem the visitor arrived with
- Three competing calls to action, so the visitor picks none of them
- "Book a call" as the only option, offered to someone who has never heard of you
- Testimonials that praise you warmly without naming what actually changed
- No email capture, so everyone not ready today is lost permanently
- An application form so long that qualified people abandon it halfway
- A course checkout on a different domain with different branding and no tracking
- Nothing between the free blog post and the $8,000 program
What we build instead
- A homepage that opens with the problem your client actually has
- One primary action per page, chosen deliberately for that visitor's readiness
- An application that qualifies while still feeling like an invitation
- Testimonials with a before, an after and a mechanism - specifics, not adjectives
- Lead magnets and email capture wired into the same funnel paid traffic uses
- Checkout integrated and tracked properly, whatever platform it runs on
- A visible path from free content to low-ticket to the main program
- Credibility placed at the decision point, not collected on a page nobody opens
The founders we work with.
Here's what founders say after working with us - unfiltered.
NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.
Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.
They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.
Six systems.
One site that enrols.
This is the exact build order for every coaching site we take on - whether you sell a $97 course or a $15,000 engagement. Skip any one of these and the rest stops working.

NCMborz vs. the alternatives
You've got options. Here's how we stack up against what most coaches try first.
Here's exactly what you get.
No mystery, no "we'll get back to you." Every stage below ends with something delivered - and you see the site on staging long before anyone else sees it live.
Strategy call & access
A 30-minute call to map your offers, your prices, how you currently sell and where visitors are stopping. Site, platform and analytics access requested within 24 hours.
Audit & message work
Current site audited for where visitors drop, offers and actions mapped, and the homepage message reworked around the client's problem rather than your biography.
Build on staging
Built and reviewed on staging, with application, booking or checkout wired and tested end to end before anything goes live.
Launch & verify
Redirects checked, tracking confirmed with real test applications and test purchases, email capture verified into your list, and a walkthrough so you can update it yourself.
We get asked these every week.
People say my site looks great but nobody books. Why?
Because looking great and moving someone to act are unrelated skills. The usual causes are a homepage that opens with your story rather than the visitor's problem, several competing calls to action so none of them lands, and a single high-commitment ask offered to someone who arrived four minutes ago. None of that is fixed by redesigning - it is fixed by deciding what one thing each page is for.
Do I need a website or a funnel?
Both, and they are not in competition. The funnel is the path to the specific offer; the site is what makes you credible enough to enter it and what earns organic traffic over time. Coaches who build only funnels have nothing that compounds and nothing that ranks. Coaches who build only a site have nowhere for the traffic to go.
Should the call to action be a call or a checkout?
It depends on price and complexity, and only one should lead per page. Anything above roughly the price where someone needs reassurance usually needs a conversation, so the site's job is to earn the application. A lower-ticket course should go straight to checkout - putting a call in the way of a $97 purchase costs you sales and wastes your calendar.
Can you integrate with Kajabi, Teachable or Thinkific?
Yes, and the usual decision is which system owns which job. Hosted platforms are good at delivering courses and often weak at marketing pages and SEO, so a common setup is your site handling the public pages and the platform handling delivery and checkout - with tracking wired across the seam so you can still see what produced the sale.
How much of my personal story should be on the site?
Enough to build trust and not so much that it delays comprehension. The distinction that matters is between story as credibility - here is why I understand your problem - and story as autobiography. The first belongs near decision points throughout the site. The second belongs on an About page, which in coaching is genuinely one of the most visited pages and worth writing properly.
What makes a good testimonial?
Specifics. "Life-changing" persuades nobody deciding whether to spend five figures. A before, an after and the mechanism in between does. We will help you go back to past clients with the right questions, because most coaches are sitting on strong results described in language too vague to be useful.
I have a course and a coaching program. One site or two?
One site, different paths. They serve different readiness levels and different price points, so they need different pages and different primary actions - but splitting into two domains divides your authority, your traffic and your email list for no benefit. A visible ladder from free content to course to program is usually the strongest structure.
Will a new site hurt my search rankings?
Not if it is planned properly. We catalogue what currently ranks first, preserve URLs where sound, redirect deliberately where they change, and monitor through launch. Coaching sites often have a handful of older posts quietly earning most of the organic traffic - identifying those before a rebuild is essential.
Can I update it myself?
Yes, and for a personal brand that matters - you will want to add a podcast appearance or a new testimonial without waiting on anyone. We build so those edits are straightforward and hand over a walkthrough.
How long does it take?
Two to four weeks for a straightforward build. Multiple offers, a course platform integration or a migration pushes it toward six. We give you a real date rather than an optimistic one.
Do you handle ads and SEO too?
We do, and for coaching the overlap is direct - the same application path and tracking serve both, and paid traffic will find your site's weak points faster than organic ever does. You can also hire us for the build alone.
What if we're not the right fit?
We will tell you on the call. We turn this down when the offer has not sold organically yet - a site does not create demand for something untested, and rebuilding before you know what converts usually means rebuilding twice. Either way you will leave knowing what to do first.
What happens on the strategy call?
30 minutes. We look at your site, find where visitors stop, and tell you what we would change and roughly what it would cost. If we are a fit, we scope it. If not, no hard feelings - no follow-up sequence, no pressure.
Let's build the site your business deserves.
30 minutes. We'll look at your site, find where visitors stop, and tell you exactly what we'd change to turn readers into applications. Pick a time.
