Landing page design for Facebook & Google Ads
Your ad did its job.
Now the page has to.
Most ads send people to a homepage built for everyone, or to a page that's slow on a phone and can't tell the ad account who bought. A landing page built for one ad and one action fixes all three, and it's often the quickest win in the account.
Built for the click
you paid for.
A landing page isn't a smaller website. It's a page for one audience, arriving from one ad, with one thing to do. What that one thing is decides the build.
For gyms, studios, clinics and anything bookable
A page that answers what people ask before they book - price, times, what to bring, parking - then hands them to your booking system with the ad's click details attached, so the sale is credited back to the ad.
For quotes, consultations and call-backs
A short form or a tap-to-call button built for a phone, with the one or two questions that separate buyers from browsers, sent to your inbox or CRM the moment it's submitted.
For a promotion, a launch or a date
A page that carries the ad's offer word for word, with the price, the code if there is one, and nothing else to click. When the offer changes, the page changes with the ads.
For accounts testing several angles
When different ads make different promises, each one gets a page or a section that keeps its promise, so a winning ad isn't let down by a generic page.
Your ads aren't the problem.
The page is.
When ads get clicks and no bookings, the ad usually gets the blame. More often the click lands somewhere that breaks the ad's promise, loads slowly, or can't report the sale back to the ad account. Here's the difference.
Where the clicks are leaking
- Ads pointing at the homepage, which is built for everyone and no one
- A headline that doesn't repeat what the ad promised
- A page that takes seconds to appear on a phone over mobile data
- A menu, three buttons and a newsletter pop-up competing with the one action that matters
- Prices, times and parking buried, so people leave to look them up and never come back
- Tracking that fires before consent, or doesn't fire at all
- A booking system on another domain that drops the ad's click ID, so the sale never reaches the ad account
- Page-builder scripts that load before the headline does
What we build instead
- A headline that repeats the ad's promise, word for word where it matters
- One action per page, repeated where people make up their minds
- A lightweight static page served from a cache close to the visitor
- The answers people need before acting - price, times, location, what to bring - on the page
- Pixel and analytics that load only after the visitor accepts cookies
- The ad's click ID passed through to your booking system or checkout
- Events for every action that matters: book clicks, calls, directions, code copies
- Visit counts that don't need cookies, so conversion rates stay readable when people decline
The founders we work with.
Here's what founders say after working with us - unfiltered.
NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.
Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.
They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.
Six systems.
One page that converts.
This is the build order for every landing page we make, whether it sells a session, a consultation or a product. The ads come first, because the page's whole job is to keep their promise.
Pricing, scoped to you.
One page, one fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. Scope depends on how many ad variations need their own version of the page and what the page hands off to: a booking system, a form or a checkout.
- Fixed project price, agreed in writing before we start
- 50% to begin, balance on delivery
- Scoped to your ads and booking or checkout setup, with extra ad-matched versions quoted up front
- You own the page, the code and the content outright

NCMborz vs. the alternatives
You've got options. Here's how a landing page built alongside the ads compares with what most businesses try first.
Here's exactly what you get.
No mystery. Every stage ends with something you can see, and the page sits on a preview link before any ad points at it.
Strategy call & access
A 30-minute call on your ads, your offer and where the clicks go today. Ad account and booking or checkout access requested within 24 hours.
Copy & build
Copy written from the ads and your facts, then the page built and put on a preview link for your comments.
Tracking & testing
Consent bar, Pixel and analytics, custom events and the click-ID hand-off set up and tested on real phones, with speed checked before launch.
Ads switched & numbers read
Ads pointed at the new page, speed re-checked live, and a first read of visits and actions after the first full week.

What is a landing page, and how is it different from my website?
A website serves everyone who might visit. A landing page serves one audience arriving from one ad, with one thing to do: book, enquire or buy. Everything that doesn't help that one action is left off, which is why landing pages usually convert paid traffic better than a homepage.
Do I need a landing page if I use Facebook lead forms?
Not always. Instant forms collect leads without leaving Facebook or Instagram and usually bring more of them, though more are low intent. A landing page usually brings fewer, more serious enquiries and full tracking. If form leads aren't picking up the phone, a landing page is the next thing to test.
How much does a landing page cost?
Our landing pages are fixed-price from $1,200, and most run $1,200-$2,500, with copy, build and tracking included. The price is agreed in writing before we start, with 50% to begin and the balance on delivery. Extra versions matched to different ads are quoted up front, and ad spend and ads management are separate.
How long does it take?
Most single landing pages go live within one to two weeks of the strategy call. The usual hold-up is waiting on facts, photos or access, so we ask for everything on day one.
How do you make it fast?
A static page, images resized and compressed, and a cache close to the visitor, so a tap on an ad loads quickly even on mobile data. A recent page we built for a climbing gym's Facebook ads scored 86-94 on mobile and 100 on desktop in Google PageSpeed Insights, with no layout shift.
Will it work with my booking system or checkout?
Usually, yes. The page hands people to your booking system or checkout with the ad's click ID attached, so a purchase there can be credited to the ad. If your system can't accept that, we still track every book click on the page, so you can see which ads send people who act.
Does tracking still work if people decline cookies?
The Pixel and analytics load only after a visitor accepts, as they should. Separately, we count visits and book clicks in a way that doesn't need cookies, so you can still read the page's conversion rate when people decline.
Should every ad have its own landing page?
Not every ad, but every promise. If two ads make different offers or speak to different people, they should land on pages that keep those promises. Ads that differ only in the image can share a page.
Should a landing page show up in Google?
Usually not. A page built for paid traffic is normally set to stay out of search results, so it doesn't compete with your main site or show an ad-only offer to everyone. We set that up by default.
Can you build it on my existing site?
Yes, or as a standalone page on its own subdomain. On your site it shares your domain and tools; standalone it can be faster and cleaner to track. We'll recommend one on the call based on your platform and booking setup.
Do you run the ads too?
We do, and the page works best when the same people run both, because the ads tell you what the page should say. You can also hire us for the page alone.
What if we're not the right fit?
We'll tell you on the call. We turn this down when the offer hasn't sold yet without ads, or when the budget behind the ads is too small to tell whether a new page works. Either way you'll leave knowing what to fix first.
What happens on the strategy call?
30 minutes. We look at your ads, follow a click through to where it lands, and tell you what we'd change and roughly what it would cost. If we're a fit, we scope it. If not, no hard feelings and no follow-up sequence.
Give your ads a page that converts.
30 minutes. We'll look at your ads and the page they send people to, and tell you what we'd change first. Pick a time.
