AI marketing automation for busy founders
Your marketing runs on your evenings.
It should run on systems.
Customer emails, lead follow-up, landing pages and weekly reports, built with AI and checked by a senior marketer. You stop being the bottleneck, and nothing goes out that doesn't sound like you.
Same systems.
Different first job.
Every business needs fast follow-up, emails to its own customers and a report it can trust. Which one pays back first depends on how your customers buy.
For stores selling direct
Abandoned-checkout and after-purchase emails, an add-on at checkout, and a win-back email for customers who haven't ordered in a while. Often the quickest money in the business, because these people already know you.
For clinics, gyms, studios and trades
Every enquiry answered in minutes, reminders that cut no-shows, and a review request after every job. The phone still rings, but fewer leads go cold while you're with a customer.
For businesses with a sales call
Follow-up that sorts real buyers from browsers, a short briefing before every sales call, and emails that keep leads who aren't ready yet from forgetting you.
For coaches, consultants and authors
Discovery-call booking and reminders, payment plans and add-ons at checkout, and a regular email in your voice that keeps past clients and new leads warm.
You don't need more AI tools.
You need them connected.
Most founders have tried ChatGPT or Claude for a few emails and posts, and the drafts are fine. What's missing is everything around them: something that sends the right message at the right moment without you, sounds like you, and reports back on what it made.
Where the time and money leak
- Enquiries answered the next day, after they've booked someone else
- Customers who bought once and never heard from you again
- Unfinished checkouts that nobody follows up
- Ads sending paid clicks to a homepage built for everyone
- AI drafts that sound like AI, so you rewrite them yourself
- Five subscriptions that don't talk to each other
- Reports you don't open, because they don't say what to do next
- Marketing that stops whenever you're busy with clients
What we build instead
- Every enquiry answered in minutes, with a few questions that sort buyers from browsers
- Welcome, after-purchase and win-back emails that send on their own
- Reminders for unfinished checkouts, sent without anyone lifting a finger
- A landing page for each offer, matched to what the ad promised
- A voice guide built from your own writing, so drafts sound like you
- Your email platform, CRM and checkout connected, with sales reported back to the ad account
- A one-page report every Monday: what moved, why, and what to do next
- Systems that keep running when you're busy
The founders we work with.
Here's what founders say after working with us - unfiltered.
NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.
Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.
They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.
Six systems.
Built once, running every day.
Most founders start with two or three of these, chosen on the strategy call by where the money is leaking. Each one is built in your own accounts and checked by a person before it goes live.
Pricing, scoped to you.
One fixed price to build the systems, agreed in writing before we start. After launch you can run them yourself with the guide we hand over, or have us run them month to month.
- Fixed project price, agreed in writing before we start
- 50% to begin, balance on delivery
- Optional monthly running from $500/mo after launch, month-to-month
- Built in your accounts, so every system stays yours

NCMborz vs. the alternatives
You've got options. Here's how a done-for-you setup compares with what most founders try first.
Here's exactly what you get.
No mystery. Every stage ends with something you can see, and nothing reaches a customer until you've approved it.
Strategy call & access
A 30-minute call on where your time and your enquiries go. Access to your email platform, CRM, checkout and ad accounts requested within 24 hours.
Voice guide & audit
A short interview and a read of your best emails, posts and sales pages, turned into a voice guide every draft follows. Plus a check of what's already set up and what's broken.
Build & test
The first systems built in your accounts. Every email and page goes to you for approval, then gets tested end to end with real sign-ups and test purchases.
Launch & first report
Systems switched on, tracking checked live, and the first weekly report: what's running, what it has done so far, and what we'd build next.
What we have written on follow-up and funnels.
What a Coaching Funnel Needs Besides Ads
Ads only bring people in. A coaching funnel also needs a way in, a qualifying step, easy payment, follow-up and tracking. The parts most miss.

What does AI marketing automation mean here?
The repetitive parts of your marketing run on their own: answering enquiries, emailing customers, chasing unfinished checkouts, drafting content and reporting the numbers. AI does the drafting, sorting and summarizing. A senior marketer sets it up, checks what it produces, and decides what gets built next.
Which AI tools do you use?
Mostly Claude, from Anthropic, for writing, sorting and reporting, working alongside the platforms you already pay for: your email platform, CRM, booking system or checkout. We'd rather connect what you have than move you onto new software, and nothing we build depends on an account in our name.
Will the emails sound like a robot wrote them?
Not if the groundwork is done. Before anything is written, we build a voice guide from your own emails, posts and sales pages, and every draft follows it. Nothing goes to a customer until a person has read it and you've approved the first versions.
Do I have to change my email platform or CRM?
Usually not. Most businesses already pay for tools that can do this and haven't had the time to set them up. We only recommend a switch when your current tool can't do something that matters, and we tell you what it costs before you decide.
How much does it cost?
Setup is a fixed price from $1,200, and most setups run $1,200-$4,000 depending on how many systems and tools are involved. The price is agreed in writing before we start, with 50% to begin and the balance on delivery. Monthly running is optional, from $500/mo, month-to-month. Software subscriptions and ad spend are separate.
How long does setup take?
The first system is usually live within two to three weeks of the strategy call, and most setups are finished within a month. The usual hold-up is access and approvals, so we ask for everything on day one.
What do you need from me?
Access to the tools involved, a 30-minute interview about your customers and your offer, and a few examples of writing you're proud of. After that it's mostly approvals: a quick yes or no on drafts before they go live.
What happens to my customer data?
It stays in your own accounts wherever possible, and AI tools are given only what a task needs. We set out in writing how your data is handled before we start. If you sell to people in the UK or EU, we also check that your privacy policy covers the new emails and tracking.
Can my team run it after you've built it?
Yes. Every setup ends with a written guide to what was built, where it lives and how to change it, plus a walkthrough with whoever will run it. Some founders keep us on monthly, and others take it in-house. Either works.
Do you run the ads too?
We do, and it helps, because the ads tell you what the emails and pages should say. You can also hire us for the systems alone. Ads management is priced separately.
What if we're not the right fit?
We'll tell you on the call. This isn't for businesses that haven't made their first sales yet, because there's no customer list to email and no proven offer to automate. It also isn't for anyone who wants content volume for its own sake. Either way, you'll leave knowing what to fix first.
What happens on the strategy call?
30 minutes. We go through where your week and your enquiries go, pick the two or three systems that would pay back first, and tell you roughly what they'd cost. If we're a fit, we scope it. If not, no hard feelings and no follow-up sequence.
Marketing that runs without you.
30 minutes. Tell us where your week goes, and we'll show you what we'd automate first and what it would cost. Pick a time.
