Amazon PPC agency
Your ad sales look fine.
Is the business growing?
Amazon reports the sales its ads take credit for. That's half the picture. Some of those buyers would have found you anyway, and some of your growth comes from sales no ad is credited with. We run Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and display campaigns and judge them on total Amazon sales against ad spend, and on whether each product still makes money after fees and ads.
ACoS is one number.
Margin is the job.
Amazon measures ads with ACoS: ad spend divided by the sales its ads are credited with. It's useful, but it ignores everything else on your account. We put it next to total sales and margin, so you can see whether ads are growing the business or just taking credit for it.
Where most budgets start
Campaigns for the products that earn the most, split into research and proven keywords, with search terms reviewed and negatives added every week.
Your brand, in the search results
Brand ads shown to shoppers searching your category. Sellers need Amazon Brand Registry to run them; vendors don't.
Bring browsers back
Amazon's display ads, formerly Sponsored Display, used to reach shoppers again after they've looked at your products or ones like them.
Total sales, not just ad sales
Ad spend against total Amazon sales, product by product, with fees and margin included so you know what's actually making money.
Ad sales are up.
Profit isn't.
Most Amazon accounts we review have grown into hundreds of campaigns nobody can explain. Spend goes up, ACoS looks acceptable, and the business isn't making more. Here's what we usually find, and what we change.
What hides in a busy Amazon account
- Hundreds of campaigns with no clear structure
- Automatic campaigns running for years without review
- Bidding on your own brand name without checking the cost
- Every decision made on ACoS alone
- No idea which products make money after fees
- An agency fee that rises with your ad spend
What we change
- A structure you can read: by product, by intent
- Automatic campaigns used to find search terms, then harvested
- Brand bids tested against what you'd sell without them
- Total sales and ad spend reported side by side
- Margin per product after fees and ads
- A flat monthly fee, whatever you spend
The founders we work with.
Here's what founders say after working with us - unfiltered.
They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.
Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.
NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.
Six systems.
One profitable catalog.
This is the order we work in. The numbers first, then the structure, then growth.
Pricing, scoped to you.
Priced on the size of the catalog and the account, never as a percentage of your ad spend. A dozen products in one marketplace is a different job from hundreds across the US and UK, so we quote after the call.
- Month-to-month · No setup fees · No long-term contracts
- Scoped to your catalog and marketplaces, not a fixed package
- You keep full ownership of your ad account
ALL PRICES IN USD · AD SPEND PAID DIRECTLY TO AMAZON
NCMborz vs. the alternatives
Sellers usually weigh three ways to run Amazon ads. Here's how they compare.
Here's exactly what you get.
The first quarter, in order. Margin and the audit come first; the restructure cuts waste before anything grows.
Margin & audit
Fees, costs and margin per product worked out, and the account audited against total sales.
Restructure
Campaigns rebuilt around your best products, with waste cut first.
Harvest & tune
Search terms harvested weekly, and bids tuned to each product's margin.
Grow
Sponsored Brands and display ads added, new products launched, and spend raised where margin allows.
What we have written on ROAS and agency fees.
Good ROAS but Not Making Money?
Meta says 4x ROAS and the store isn't making money? Where the gap comes from, how to find your real ROAS, and what to change first.

Flat fee or percentage of ad spend? How agency pricing models work, what each costs at $1,500, $5,000 and $15,000 a month, and when a percentage is fair.
Read it →We get asked these every week.
Have you run Amazon ads for clients before?
We analyse and report on Amazon Sponsored ads for an ecommerce brand today, judged on total sales the way this page describes. There's no published case study to show you yet, and we won't imply one.
What is ACoS, and what's a good one?
ACoS is ad spend divided by the sales Amazon credits to those ads. A good ACoS depends on your margin: if a product keeps 30% after fees and costs, an ACoS above 30% loses money on every ad-driven sale. That's why we work out margin first.
What is TACoS?
Total advertising cost of sale: ad spend divided by all your Amazon sales, not just the ones credited to ads. It isn't one of Amazon's own ad metrics, so we calculate it. It shows whether ads are growing the business or just taking credit for sales.
Do I need Brand Registry?
For sellers, yes: Sponsored Brands and display ads need it. Vendors can run Sponsored Brands without it, and Sponsored Products doesn't need it at all, so most seller accounts start there while Brand Registry is set up.
Why a flat fee instead of a percentage of spend?
A percentage of spend pays an agency more when you spend more, whether or not it's working. A flat fee means our advice to cut spend costs us nothing, so you can trust it.
Do you work with vendors as well as sellers?
Yes. Sponsored Products is open to professional sellers and vendors, and the eligibility rules for the other ad types differ a little between them. We work in your account either way, and it stays yours.
How much does Amazon ads management cost?
Our Amazon ads management runs $500-$2,000 a month, month-to-month, with entry plans from $500. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Amazon.
What happens on the strategy call?
Half an hour. We look at your ad spend against total sales, find the products carrying the account and the ones draining it, and tell you what we'd change first.
Grow Amazon sales, not just ad sales.
30 minutes. We'll look at your ad spend against total sales and tell you where the account is leaking. Pick a time.
