Youtube ads agency
Views are cheap.
Customers are the point.
YouTube will happily sell you thousands of views. The hard part is turning a five-second glance into a lead or a sale. We run YouTube ads through Demand Gen and video campaigns in your own Google Ads account, aim them at people likely to buy, cut short ads from footage you already have, and judge every pound and dollar on enquiries and sales.
Five seconds to earn
the next twenty-five.
Skippable YouTube ads can be skipped after five seconds, and on cost-per-view bidding you pay once someone watches 30 seconds, or the whole ad if it's shorter, or clicks. So the first five seconds decide everything. Here's what each format is for.
The workhorse for leads and sales
Google's campaign for action on YouTube, including Shorts, and on Discover, Gmail, Maps and the Display Network. It replaced Video action campaigns, so this is where most conversion work happens now.
Before, during and after videos
Skippable ads with the offer and your name up front, for people already watching related content or already on your lists.
Vertical, fast, made on a phone
Ads that sit between Shorts in the feed. Real footage of your work, your team or your product usually beats a polished advert here.
Six seconds to be remembered
Non-skippable reminders for people who've already visited or watched, so your name is familiar when they search.
Lots of views.
No customers.
Most YouTube accounts we're asked to look at were set up to buy attention, then judged on whether the phone rang. Here's what usually goes wrong.
What wastes YouTube budgets
- Campaigns optimized for views, then judged on sales
- A slow intro with the logo first and the point last
- Broad audiences with no site visitors or customer lists
- No conversion tracking shared with search
- One long ad cut for TV, run everywhere
- Placements on kids' content and games left unchecked
What we do instead
- Demand Gen aimed at leads or sales from day one
- The offer and your name inside the first five seconds
- Site visitors, customer lists and lookalike segments first
- One conversion setup shared across search and YouTube
- Several short cuts for in-stream, Shorts and bumpers
- Placements and content types reviewed and excluded
The founders we work with.
Here's what founders say after working with us - unfiltered.
NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.
Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.
They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.
Six systems.
From footage to customers.
How we set YouTube up. Tracking comes first, because without it YouTube can only be judged on views.
Pricing, scoped to you.
Priced on the work, not your ad spend. Adding YouTube to a Google Ads account we already run costs less than starting from scratch, so we confirm the fee after a look at your account and footage.
- Month-to-month · No setup fees · No long-term contracts
- Scoped to your campaigns and how many ads we cut, not a fixed package
- You keep full ownership of your ad account
ALL PRICES IN USD · AD SPEND PAID DIRECTLY TO GOOGLE

We get asked these every week.
Have you published a YouTube ads case study?
No. None of our case studies is a YouTube campaign, and we won't show YouTube results we can't back up. Our published proof is on Facebook and Google ads, and the approach on this page is what you'd get.
Are YouTube ads worth it for a small business?
Sometimes. They work best once search or social ads are already bringing customers, so there are site visitors and customer lists to aim at and tracking to judge by. As a first ad channel, most small businesses get more from search.
How are YouTube ads charged?
It depends on the campaign. On cost-per-view bidding for skippable ads, Google charges when someone watches 30 seconds, or the whole ad if it's shorter, or clicks, whichever comes first. Demand Gen campaigns aimed at leads or sales bid for those results instead.
What happened to Video action campaigns?
Google stopped new ones in April 2025 and moved existing ones into Demand Gen, with the last upgraded by April 2026. Demand Gen runs on YouTube, including Shorts, and on Discover, Gmail, Maps and the Display Network.
Do we need professional video?
Usually not. Short, clear ads made from real footage of your work, your team or your product often do better, especially on Shorts. The first five seconds matter most, because skippable ads can be skipped after five.
Does the video have to be on our YouTube channel?
It has to be uploaded to YouTube as public or unlisted. Unlisted works if you don't want ads showing on your channel page, though the ad then won't show your channel's name and logo.
How much does YouTube ads management cost?
Our management runs $500-$2,000 a month, month-to-month, with entry plans from $500. Ad spend is paid straight to Google.
What happens on the strategy call?
Thirty minutes on your account, your tracking and your footage, and an honest view on whether YouTube is the next step or a later one.
Video ads judged on sales, not views.
30 minutes. We'll look at your Google Ads account, your tracking and the footage you have, and tell you whether YouTube is worth testing yet. Pick a time.
