Cleaning company SEO
One clean is a job.
A weekly clean is a customer.
Cleaning is won on trust and kept on routine. People are letting a stranger into their home or office, so they read the reviews, check the insurance and want to know who'll actually turn up. SEO for cleaning companies has to win the searches that bring new clients, then make the regular clean the obvious next step. That's what we build towards.
A homeowner and an office manager
want different answers.
House cleaning is bought by someone who needs to trust the person in their kitchen. Office cleaning is bought by someone comparing quotes, schedules and insurance. One page can't persuade both, so we split them.
The work that pays every week
Weekly and fortnightly cleaning pages that say what's included, how you vet your team and how a regular slot is booked.
End of tenancy, move-out and deep cleans
Pages for the cleans people book once, each written to turn that first visit into a regular one.
Offices, clinics and shops
Pages for business clients covering schedules, out-of-hours cleaning, insurance and how you confirm each visit was done.
Trust before the first visit
A service-area profile with the address hidden, services that match what you sell, and a review ask after every first clean.
Good cleaners lose clients
to clearer websites.
Many cleaning companies run on referrals and a basic site, and lose new clients to firms that simply explain themselves better online. These are the gaps we find most often.
What sends clients elsewhere
- Homes, offices and end of tenancy cleans on one page
- No idea of price until someone calls back
- Nothing on vetting, insurance or who will come
- No way to book a regular slot from a phone
- A profile showing a home address
- No record of which clients came from search
What we build instead
- A separate page for each kind of clean you sell
- Clear pricing guidance, even if it's a starting rate
- A trust page on vetting, insurance and your team
- Booking or a short quote form that works on a phone
- A service-area profile with the address hidden
- Regular clients and contracts traced back to search
The founders we work with.
Here's what founders say after working with us - unfiltered.
NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.
Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.
They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.
Six systems.
New clients first, then regulars.
The order we work in. Trust and booking come before new pages, because visitors who can't book are wasted.
Pricing, scoped to you.
It depends on how many services and areas you cover, and whether you want commercial work. A small house cleaning team in one town needs far less than a company running domestic, end of tenancy and office contracts across a city. Expect a written quote within a day of the call.
- Month-to-month · No setup fees · No long-term contracts
- Scoped to your services and service area, not a fixed package
- You keep the pages, reviews and logins
ALL PRICES IN USD · MONTHLY FEE

Is SEO worth it for a small business? What the data says, when it pays and when it doesn't, what it costs, and how to tell if it's working.
Read it →We get asked these every week.
Have you worked with cleaning companies?
Not in a published case study: there's no cleaning work written up on our site, so we won't quote cleaning results. What you see here is the plan, and the call is where you can push back on it.
Should house cleaning and office cleaning have separate pages?
Yes. A homeowner wants to know who'll be in their home and what's included; an office manager wants schedules, insurance and reliability. Separate pages let each rank for its own searches and answer the right questions.
Should we show prices on our website?
Show at least a starting rate or how you price, for example by the hour or by property size. Many people comparing cleaners want a rough idea of cost before they get in touch, and a site that hides it gives them a reason to keep looking.
What should we show to build trust?
What you can prove: your insurance, how you vet and train cleaners, whether the same cleaner comes each time, and reviews from real clients. We know of no general license that cleaning companies need in the US or the UK, so we won't add badges or certificates you haven't earned.
How do cleaning companies rank in the map pack?
Google weighs relevance, distance and prominence. Set the profile up as a service-area business with the address hidden, choose categories and services that match what you sell, and ask every new client for a review after their first clean. Keep the business name as it is in real life: Google's guidelines don't allow service or location words added to it.
Is SEO or Local Services Ads better for cleaners?
Both can work. Local Services Ads list house cleaning in the US and cleaning services in the UK, and charge per lead. SEO costs a monthly fee instead, and a regular client found through search costs nothing extra for each week they stay. In the UK, poor leads aren't refunded automatically.
How much does SEO for a cleaning company cost?
SEO retainers run $500-$2,000 a month, month-to-month, with entry plans from $500. A one-off SEO audit is $500 if you'd like to start there.
What happens on the strategy call?
We search for cleaning in the areas you cover, show you who appears and why, and leave you with three changes to make first and a price range.
Turn first cleans into regulars.
30 minutes. We'll search for cleaning services in your area, show you who's winning the clients and why, and tell you what we'd fix first. Pick a time.
