SEO audit services
Find what's holding
your site back.
Most sites that don't rank have three or four problems doing most of the damage, buried under a hundred that barely matter. Our SEO audit finds the ones that count: what stops Google crawling and trusting your pages, which searches you could realistically win, and what your Google Business Profile is missing. You get it in writing, ranked by what it's costing you, for a fixed $500.
Four places rankings
usually leak.
An audit is only useful if it ends in a short list you can act on. Automated tools produce hundreds of warnings; most of them don't move rankings. We check the four areas where small business sites usually lose, then rank every finding by the traffic and enquiries it's likely costing.
Can Google read your site?
Crawling and indexing, redirects, broken pages, duplicate content, page speed on a phone, structured data and the settings that quietly keep good pages out of Google.
Which searches you could win
What your customers actually search for, which pages answer it, where competitors outrank you and why, and the pages worth writing or rewriting first.
The map results
Your Google Business Profile against Google's guidelines, categories, reviews and how you ask for them, plus the consistency of your name, address and phone number across the web.
Who vouches for you
The links pointing at your site, which ones help, any that look risky under Google's spam policies, and where comparable businesses earn theirs.
Most SEO audits
don't help.
Owners who've bought audits before usually describe the same thing: a long PDF, a health score, and no idea what to do on Monday. An audit should be the opposite. Here's what usually goes wrong, and what ours does instead.
What's draining your budget
- A 100-page export from an automated tool, with every warning marked urgent
- A health score that rises when you fix things Google doesn't care about
- No view of which searches you could actually win
- Local search and the Business Profile left out entirely
- Findings with no estimate of what they're costing
- An audit written to sell you a retainer, not to be useful on its own
What we install instead
- A short written list, ranked by what each problem is likely costing
- Technical findings checked by hand, not copied from a tool
- The searches worth targeting, with the pages that should rank for them
- Your Business Profile and reviews checked against Google's own guidelines
- Every finding explained, so your developer or anyone else can fix it
- Useful whether or not you hire us, with the fee credited if you do
The founders we work with.
Here's what founders say after working with us - unfiltered.
NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.
Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.
They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.

What does the SEO audit include?
Technical health (crawling, indexing, speed on a phone, redirects, duplicates and structured data), content and search (which searches you could win and which pages should rank), local search (your Business Profile, reviews and citations) and the links pointing at your site. Every finding is ranked by what it's likely costing you.
How much does it cost?
$500, fixed and agreed before we start. If you start a monthly SEO plan with us within 60 days, the $500 is credited against it.
Do I have to hire you to fix the problems?
No. The findings are written so you, your developer or another provider can act on them. Many owners fix the quick items themselves and keep the bigger ones for later.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the site, so we agree a delivery date before we start rather than quote a standard turnaround.
What access do you need?
Read access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics if you have them, and your Business Profile if you're a local business. We don't change anything on your site during the audit.
Is it just an automated tool report?
No. We use tools to collect data, but every finding is checked by a person and ranked by what it's costing you. A long list of tool warnings is exactly what this audit is meant to replace.
Is an audit or a monthly plan better for me?
An audit suits you if you want to know what's wrong before committing, or you have someone to make the fixes. A monthly plan suits you if you want the fixes made and new content written every month. We'll tell you which on the call.
Does it cover AI search too?
The audit covers the foundations that AI search also relies on: crawlable pages, clear structured content and a consistent business profile. A dedicated AI visibility review is part of our AI SEO service.
What happens on the strategy call?
30 minutes. We look at your site together, tell you the biggest thing we can see, and whether a $500 audit or a monthly plan makes more sense. No hard feelings either way - no follow-up sequence, no pressure.
Know what to fix first.
30 minutes. Tell us about your site and what you'd like it to do, and we'll tell you whether a $500 audit or a monthly plan makes more sense for you. Pick a time.
