Facebook ads for med spas & aesthetics clinics
Sell the consultation.
Not the syringe.
Injectables are prescription medicines, and that one fact decides what a med spa can say on Facebook and Instagram. Name the product in the wrong place and ads get rejected; in the UK it can't be advertised to the public at all. We build Facebook ads for med spas and aesthetics clinics around the consultation and the injector, keep every ad inside Meta's drug and cosmetic rules, and make sure each enquiry gets an answer before the client books somewhere else.
Who books again
and brings a friend?
A med spa's best client isn't the first booking. It's the person who comes back for maintenance, adds a second treatment and sends a friend. Ads that chase the cheapest first-visit offer fill the diary with people who never return. We build campaigns around the treatments that keep clients coming back, and judge them on consultations, first treatments and rebookings.
The consultation is the offer
In the UK, prescription-only injectables can't be advertised to the public, so ads promote a consultation for lines and wrinkles instead. In the US, Meta only runs prescription drug ads from certified advertisers. Selling the consultation keeps ads running in both markets and puts the decision with the injector.
Inside Meta's cosmetic rules
Ads for cosmetic procedures go to people 18 and over, never suggest something is wrong with how someone looks, and use before-and-after images only where Meta and your regulator allow them. Every ad is checked before it goes live, not after a rejection freezes the account.
Faces people will trust
Short videos of your injectors explaining a treatment, the clinic, and what a first consultation involves. People are choosing who to trust with their face, and your own team on camera does that better than stock beauty shots.
Answered while they're comparing
People often enquire at more than one clinic. Every lead reaches your front desk or booking system the moment it arrives, gets a first reply in minutes, and has a follow-up for anyone who doesn't book on the first call.
Rejected ads aren't bad luck.
They're the wording.
Med spa owners tell us the same three things: ads get rejected, leads don't show, and clients who book once never return. Usually the cause is a product name in the ad, an offer built for bargain hunters, or follow-up that stops after one call. Here's what we usually find, and what a properly built account does instead.
What's draining your budget
- Product names in ads and landing pages that trigger drug policy reviews
- UK ads that name Botox or show prescription-only products
- Deep first-visit discounts that attract clients who never return
- Before-and-after images aimed at audiences Meta doesn't allow
- Copy that tells people something is wrong with how they look
- Leads sent to an inbox nobody checks between appointments
- One campaign for every treatment, from facials to fillers
- Reported on cost per lead, never on consultations or rebookings
What we install instead
- Ads that sell the consultation and the injector
- UK ads built around a consultation for lines and wrinkles, as the ASA allows
- First-visit offers built around the consultation, not the product
- Before-and-after images aimed only at people 18 and over
- Copy about what the client wants, not what's wrong with them
- Leads routed to the booking team the moment they arrive
- Separate campaigns for injectables, skin treatments and body treatments
- Reported on consultations, first treatments and rebookings
The founders we work with.
Here's what founders say after working with us - unfiltered.
They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.
NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.
Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.
Six systems.
One rule-safe build.
This is the build order for every med spa account we take on, from a one-room clinic to a group with several injectors. The rules check comes before any spend, because a disabled ad account costs more than a slow launch.
Pricing, scoped to you.
No fixed packages. We scope the work to your treatments, your number of injectors and your ad spend, then quote it on the call.
- Month-to-month · No setup fees · No long-term contracts
- Scoped to your treatments, team and ad spend, not a fixed package
- You keep full ownership of your ad account
ALL PRICES IN USD · MANAGEMENT FEE ONLY, EXCLUDING AD SPEND
NCMborz vs. the alternatives
You've got options. Here's how we compare with running ads in-house or handing them to a generalist.
Here's exactly what you get.
No mystery and no waiting to hear back. Each stage ends with something you can see, starting with a read on why ads get rejected and where enquiries are lost.
Strategy call & access
A 30-minute call on your treatments, your market and your rebooking rate. Read-only access to your ad account requested within 24 hours.
Policy, tracking & routing
Past rejections reviewed, offers rewritten for your market, tracking checked for health restrictions, and lead routing tested end to end.
Creative & launch
Consultation campaigns live with your own injector videos, each ad checked against Meta's standards before it runs.
Optimize to consultations
Spend moved toward the treatments that book and rebook, follow-up tightened where leads go quiet, and the first honest read on cost per consultation.

Have you run Facebook ads for med spas before?
We have no published med spa case study and won't claim one. What we can show is local booking work written up with the numbers, and our own lead follow-up app. The build on this page is that system applied to consultations, inside the drug and cosmetic rules med spa ads have to follow.
Can med spas advertise Botox on Facebook?
In the UK, no: Botox and similar products are prescription-only medicines and can't be advertised to the public, so ads promote a consultation for lines and wrinkles instead. In the US, Meta only allows prescription drug ads from advertisers with LegitScript certification or approval through its own review, aimed at people 18 and over. Meta doesn't say whether a clinic naming a product counts as a drug ad, so we write ads that sell the consultation and leave product names out.
What does a Facebook lead cost for a med spa?
LocalIQ doesn't report med spas on their own. The closest category in its 2026 benchmarks, beauty and personal care, averaged $50.91 per lead at about $2.97 a click, against $27.39 per lead across all industries. Judge the ads on consultations and rebookings, because a cheap lead that never comes back costs more than it looks.
Can we use before-and-after photos?
Meta allows before-and-after images for cosmetic procedures in ads aimed at people 18 and over, as long as the ad doesn't suggest something is wrong with how someone looks. In the UK, the ASA's ban on promoting prescription-only injectables covers everything in an ad, down to price lists and small print, so the image has to sell the consultation too.
Why do our ads keep getting rejected?
Usually a product name, a promise about results, or copy that implies something is wrong with someone's appearance. Meta's health and wellness standard covers cosmetic procedures, and its drug policy covers prescription medicines. We rewrite rejected ads around the consultation and request a review where the rejection looks wrong.
Do Facebook ads work for med spas?
Often, because the treatments are visual and people see results on Instagram long before they search. Facebook and Instagram are good at creating demand for injectables, skin and body treatments. Many clinics pair them with Google Ads for people already searching for a treatment nearby.
Our conversions stopped showing in Ads Manager. Why?
Meta may have filed your website under health and wellness in Events Manager. That can restrict URL details, some mid and lower funnel events, or all events, and custom events stay blocked until you review them. We check the category before launch and set up tracking that sends Meta nothing about a client's treatment.
Should leads go to an instant form or our booking page?
Instant forms bring more enquiries; sending people to book online brings fewer, firmer ones. We usually test both on the treatment that matters most and keep whichever produces cheaper consultations that turn up, not cheaper form fills.
How do you report?
Cost per lead, cost per booked consultation, first treatments and, where your booking software shows it, rebookings by campaign. Reach and clicks are available, but the account is steered by consultations.
What happens on the strategy call?
30 minutes. We look at your account, your rejected ads and your follow-up, then tell you what we'd change and roughly what it would cost. If we're a fit, we scope it. If not, no follow-up sequence and no pressure.
Clients who come back.
30 minutes. We'll look at your account, your rejected ads and what happens to an enquiry after it arrives, then tell you what's holding the account back and roughly what a consultation should cost you. Pick a time.
