Dental Google Ads agency
Patients search first.
Be the answer.
Someone with a broken tooth, or finally ready for implants, types it into Google and books one of the first practices they see. That intent is the most valuable traffic a practice can buy, and the easiest to waste: one campaign for every treatment, ads for implants that can't legally follow people around, and calls nobody tracks to a booked appointment. We build Google Ads for dental practices around new patients, treatment by treatment.
Which patients do you
want more of?
An implant patient, an aligner patient, an emergency at 7am and a family looking for a new dentist search in different ways, are worth very different amounts, and fall under different advertising rules. A practice account that treats them as one campaign pays implant prices for check-up searches and check-up attention to implant searches. Start with the treatments you want to grow.
Implants priced like implants
Separate campaigns and budgets for high-value treatments, emergencies and new patient check-ups, so a search worth thousands in treatment isn't bid like a routine visit. Search terms reviewed and negatives added every week, starting with jobs, courses and cheap-abroad searches.
Inside Google's health policy
Google treats surgical procedures and injections as sensitive health topics, so implant ads can't use your own audiences: no remarketing lists, Customer Match or lookalikes. We plan those campaigns around search and Google's own audiences from the start, rather than finding out from a disapproval.
Bookings, not just calls
Calls counted only past a minimum length, online bookings tracked as the result that matters, and booked appointments imported from your practice system where it allows it. Google is told that a booking happened, not what the patient told you.
Ads when someone can answer
Emergency searches spike early mornings, evenings and weekends. Ad scheduling and budgets follow the hours your practice or your out-of-hours line can actually take the call, so you stop paying for emergencies that ring an empty reception.
Your ads aren't broken.
Your campaign structure is.
Most practice owners we talk to describe the same thing: Google brings clicks and calls, but the book doesn't fill with the treatments they wanted. In this category that's usually structure, tracking and the health rules, rarely the ads themselves. Here's what's usually happening, and what a properly built dental account does instead.
What's draining your budget
- One campaign for every treatment, bidding the same for a check-up and an implant
- Implant ads built on remarketing lists that Google's health policy doesn't allow
- No negative keywords, so you fund dental school, job and cheap-abroad searches
- Calls counted the moment they connect, however short or irrelevant
- Emergency ads running when nobody can answer the phone
- Every ad landing on the homepage instead of the treatment searched for
- UK ads that don't make clear whether the treatment is NHS or private
- Reported on clicks and calls, never on new patients booked
What we install instead
- Campaigns split by treatment and value, each with its own budget
- Implant and other surgical ads built on search and Google's own audiences
- Search terms reviewed and negatives added every week
- Calls counted only past a minimum length, and bookings tracked as the result
- Ad scheduling matched to the hours someone can take the call
- A landing page per treatment, matching the search and quick on a phone
- Ad copy that follows GDC guidance in the UK and your state board's rules in the US
- Reporting on cost per new patient, by treatment
The founders we work with.
Here's what founders say after working with us - unfiltered.
NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.
Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.
They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.
Six systems.
One full build.
This is the build order for every dental Google Ads account we take on, from a single practice to a small group. The order matters: tracking and the health rules come before spend, or you scale campaigns you can't read or can't keep running.
Pricing, scoped to you.
No fixed packages. We scope the work to your treatments, your area and your budget, then quote it on the call, so you only pay for what you actually need.
- Month-to-month · No setup fees · No long-term contracts
- Scoped to your treatments, area and budget, not a fixed package
- You keep full ownership of your Google Ads account
ALL PRICES IN USD · MANAGEMENT FEE ONLY, EXCLUDING AD SPEND

Have you run Google Ads for dental practices before?
None of our published case studies is a dental practice, so we won't show you dental results we can't back up. What we can show you is how we run Google Ads, set out on this page, and two published local booking accounts with the numbers. If that's not enough for your practice, we'd rather you knew before the call.
What does a dental Google Ads click cost?
LocalIQ's 2026 search advertising benchmarks put the average for dentists at $8.00 a click and $72.97 a lead, against $5.42 and $66.69 across all industries. Dental searches also convert well, at 10.67% on average. Implant and emergency searches usually cost more than routine ones, which is why each treatment needs its own budget.
Can we remarket to people who looked at implants?
Not with your own lists. Google's health policy treats surgical procedures and injections as sensitive, so ads for them can't use remarketing lists, Customer Match or lookalike segments. Google's own in-market and affinity audiences can still be used, and for implants most of the value is in search anyway.
Which treatments should we advertise on Google?
The ones people search for when they're ready: implants, emergencies, aligners and finding a new dentist nearby. Treatments people need prompting into, like whitening, often do better on Facebook and Instagram. We start with the treatments that make your practice the most and that you have chair time for.
How do you track whether an ad brought a new patient?
Calls count only past a minimum length, online bookings are tracked as a conversion, and where your practice system allows it, booked appointments are imported back into Google. Google is told that a booking happened, not what the patient said or what treatment they need.
We're a UK practice. What changes?
The GDC's guidance on advertising says practice publicity must make clear whether the practice is NHS, mixed or wholly private, and only dentists on a GDC specialist list can be called specialists. Most UK ad budgets go on private treatments, so the ads and landing pages have to say so plainly.
Can our ads call our dentists specialists?
Only where it's true under your regulator's rules. In the UK that means dentists on a GDC specialist list. In the US, check your state dental board's advertising rules before using the word. We write ad copy to those rules rather than to whatever converts.
How much should a practice spend on Google Ads?
Enough to buy the new patients you want at the cost your treatments can carry. At LocalIQ's 2026 average of $72.97 a lead, $1,500 a month buys about 20 enquiries. A competitive city or an implant-led practice needs more; a single practice in a quieter area can start lower.
How quickly will we see new patients?
Enquiries usually start within days of launch, because people are already searching. A reliable cost per new patient takes around 45 days, because you need enough bookings to see which treatments and searches are worth the money.
Google Ads or SEO for a dental practice?
If you need the book filled this month, ads. If you want enquiries that keep coming when the budget pauses, SEO. Most practices end up with both: ads for the treatments and emergencies that need to show up now, and SEO for the searches that build over time.
Do we keep control of our Google Ads account?
Always. We work inside your own Google Ads account, never a locked agency one. You keep the account, the data, the conversion history and the campaigns if we ever part ways.
What happens on the strategy call?
30 minutes. We look at your account, the treatments you want to grow and your tracking, then tell you what we'd change and roughly what it would cost. If we're a fit, we scope it. If not, no hard feelings - no follow-up sequence, no pressure.
Fill the chairs, not the report.
30 minutes. We'll look at your account, the treatments you want to grow and how enquiries become appointments, then tell you what we'd change and roughly what a new patient should cost you. Pick a time.
