Pest control SEO
Nobody plans to need you.
Be found the minute they do.
Pest control searches start with a shock: droppings in the kitchen, a wasp nest by the back door, bites that weren't there last week. People search the pest by name, on a phone, and call whoever looks able to come soonest. We win those searches pest by pest, then help turn one-off treatments into protection plans and commercial contracts.
Nobody searches for pest control.
They search for the pest.
Rats in the loft, mice in the kitchen, bed bugs, wasps, ants, termites. Each one is its own search with its own worry, and a general services page rarely ranks for any of them. The work splits into four parts.
One page per pest you treat
The signs to look for, how you treat it, how many visits it usually takes and how to book, written for someone who has just found the problem.
Work that repeats
A page that sells your scheduled service visits properly, so a one-off treatment becomes a customer who stays on.
Restaurants, warehouses, landlords
Pages for businesses that want regular visits and a written record of each one, aimed at the searches their managers use.
Where urgent calls begin
A service-area Business Profile with the address hidden, categories that match your work, and photos of your team on real jobs.
The call only comes once.
It goes to whoever ranks.
Most pest control sites we see have one page listing every pest and a contact form. That won't rank for the searches that matter, and it gives nobody a reason to keep you on after the first treatment.
What loses the treatment
- Every pest crammed onto one services page
- No sign of how soon you can come out
- Licenses and certificates nowhere on the site
- One-off treatments with nothing to follow
- Nothing aimed at commercial customers
- Calls from Google never counted
What we build instead
- A page for each pest, written around its signs
- Response times and areas at the top of each page
- Licenses, certificates and insurance shown plainly
- A protection plan page that keeps customers on
- Commercial pages for regular contracts and reports
- Calls and booked treatments from search tracked
The founders we work with.
Here's what founders say after working with us - unfiltered.
They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.
NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.
Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.
Six systems.
One pest control firm, found pest by pest.
The order we work in. The pests behind most of your calls get pages first; the rest follow their seasons.
Pricing, scoped to you.
It depends on how many pests, towns and customer types you cover. A one-van residential firm needs a handful of pest pages; a company with commercial contracts across a region needs many more. You'll get a written quote within a day of the call.
- Month-to-month · No setup fees · No long-term contracts
- Scoped to your pests, customers and towns, not a fixed package
- Every page, review and login stays yours
ALL PRICES IN USD · MONTHLY FEE
NCMborz vs. the alternatives
Three common ways pest control firms find customers online.
Here's exactly what you get.
What the first months look like. Profile and tracking first, then the pests that matter most to you.
Foundations
Profile fixed, call sources tagged, and your licenses and certificates gathered for the site.
Pest pages
Pages for your most-called pests published, each with response times and areas.
Plans
Protection plan and commercial pages live, with a review ask after every visit.
Seasons
Pest pages refreshed before their season, and town pages where you want more work.

Have you worked with pest control companies?
We have no published pest control case study, so we won't quote results for one. This page is the plan we'd run, and the strategy call is where you can test it.
Should each pest have its own page?
Yes. Someone with mice and someone with bed bugs search differently, worry about different things and need different treatments. A page per pest lets each rank for its own searches and answer the questions that come with it.
How do pest control companies get into the map pack?
Google weighs relevance, distance and prominence. For a pest controller that means a service-area profile with the address hidden, categories and services that match your work, genuine reviews arriving every month, and site pages for each pest and town to back the profile up.
Should we show our licenses and certificates?
Yes, on each pest page and on your profile. In the US, anyone who applies restricted use pesticides must be certified, and many states require every commercial applicator to be certified, so customers may look for your state license. In the UK, some professional rodenticides can only be sold to and used by people who can show proof of competence, such as an approved training certificate. Show what you hold where people decide.
How do we turn one-off treatments into regular work?
Give customers a reason to stay: a protection plan with scheduled visits, explained on its own page and offered at the end of every treatment. Commercial customers such as restaurants and warehouses usually want scheduled visits and a record of each one, so they get pages of their own.
Is SEO better than Local Services Ads for pest control?
They do different jobs. Pest control is a Local Services Ads category in both the US and the UK, and you pay per lead from the start. SEO costs a monthly fee and takes longer, but pages that rank keep bringing calls with no charge per lead. In the UK, Google doesn't refund poor leads automatically.
How much does pest control SEO cost?
Our SEO retainers run $500-$2,000 a month, month-to-month, and entry plans start at $500. If you'd rather begin with a one-off check, our SEO audit costs $500.
What happens on the strategy call?
We search for the pests you treat in your towns, show you who ranks and why, and leave you with the first three fixes and a price range.
Be the number they find first.
30 minutes. We'll search for the pests you treat in the towns you cover, show you who gets the calls, and tell you what we'd change first. Pick a time.
