Facebook ads audit service
Your ads are spending.
Are they earning?
Most ad accounts we look at aren't broken. The tracking fires, the campaigns run, and money still leaks, because nobody has checked whether each sale costs less than it's worth. A Facebook ads audit is a one-off, independent look at your account before you hire, fire or spend more: who owns it, whether the numbers tell the truth, and where the budget goes. You get the findings in writing, most expensive first.
Before the next
big decision.
An audit earns its fee when something is about to change and you need to know what you're dealing with. These are the four moments owners usually ask for one.
Know what you're handing over
See the state of the account before an agency or freelancer describes it to you, so you can judge their plan against the facts.
The agency, or the setup?
Find out whether results are poor because of how the account is run, or because of something no agency can fix, like the offer or the landing page.
Can it take more budget?
Raising spend on an account with broken tracking or a loss-making campaign makes the loss bigger. Check before you double the budget.
Find out what you now own
Inherited an account from a former employee or agency? Check who has access, what's tracked and what's quietly still running.
Nothing's broken.
It's just losing money.
When we took over one gym's Meta account from its previous agency, the tracking worked, the pixel sent purchases with values, and the campaigns optimized for sales. Everything a checklist looks for was in place. The sales campaign had still spent £2,947.21 to return £2,422.33. An audit has to look past the setup to the economics. Here's what we usually find, and what you get.
What audits usually find
- The ad account or Pixel sitting in the agency's portfolio, not yours
- Purchases or leads counted twice, or not at all
- Campaigns optimizing for clicks or engagement instead of sales
- Ad sets stuck in Learning limited
- The same few ads running for months
- Reports built on reach and engagement, not cost per customer
What the audit gives you
- A list of who owns and can access every asset
- Tracking tested end to end with a real lead or order
- Each campaign judged on cost per customer against what one is worth
- Wasted spend sized in money, not severity labels
- Every finding ranked by what it's costing you
- Fixes written so anyone can carry them out
The founders we work with.
Here's what founders say after working with us - unfiltered.
Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.
They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.
NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.

What does the Facebook ads audit include?
Six areas: ownership and access, Pixel and Conversions API tracking, campaign structure, creative and audiences, and the economics of each campaign. Every finding is ranked by what it's likely costing you, with the fix written so you, your agency or anyone else can carry it out.
How much does it cost?
$500, fixed and agreed before we start. If you start a monthly Meta ads plan with us within 60 days, the $500 is credited against it.
Have you audited accounts like ours before?
Every account we take on starts with this review. Our Midlands gym case study shows one: an account inherited from an agency whose sales campaign had returned £0.82 for every £1 spent, while the tracking worked fine. We won't predict results for an account we haven't seen.
Do I have to hire you to fix the problems?
No. The findings are written so you, your current agency or another provider can act on them. Plenty of owners take the report to their agency and ask for the fixes.
What access do you need?
Partner access to your ad account and Events Manager through your business portfolio. We don't change anything during the audit. If your agency owns the account and won't give you access, that's the first finding.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the account, so we agree a delivery date before we start instead of quoting a standard turnaround.
Can I audit my account myself?
Yes, and our 35-point Facebook ads audit checklist shows you how. An outside audit adds a media buyer's second look, a tracking test with a real event, and findings sized in money rather than a list of warnings.
Is an audit or a monthly plan better for me?
An audit suits you if you want an independent answer before a decision, or you have someone to make the fixes. A monthly plan suits you if you want us to fix the account and run it. We'll tell you which on the call.
What happens on the strategy call?
Half an hour. We look at what you spend and what comes back, tell you the biggest risk we can see from the outside, and whether a $500 audit or a monthly plan makes more sense.
Find the leak before you spend more.
30 minutes. Tell us what you spend, what you get back and what's worrying you, and we'll tell you whether a $500 audit or a monthly plan makes more sense. Pick a time.
