Email marketing agency for small business Your best leads signed up.
Then they heard nothing.

Every lead form, checkout and newsletter box adds someone who said yes to hearing from you. Most of them get one confirmation email and then silence. Email marketing is what should happen next: a welcome that sets expectations, follow-ups that answer whatever is stopping a purchase, and regular emails that bring past customers back. We write them, build them in your email platform, and judge them on sales and booked calls.

Same inbox.
Different first email.

Which emails earn their keep first depends on how your customers buy. Here's where we usually start for each kind of business.

Ecommerce & DTC

Flows that run on every order

Welcome, browse and abandoned-cart flows, a thank-you that suggests the next product, and a win-back for customers who've gone quiet.

Local & Service

From enquiry to booking

An instant reply to every enquiry, a short series answering the questions people ask before they book, and a reminder when it's time to come back.

B2B & SaaS

Nurture for long decisions

A series for leads who aren't ready to talk: proof, answers to objections and a reason to book a call, timed around how long your deals usually take.

Coaches & Experts

A newsletter people open

A regular email in your voice that keeps past clients and new leads warm, with enrollment sequences when you open a program.

You have a list.
It isn't earning.

Most small business email we review is either silent or a newsletter sent whenever someone finds the time. The emails that make money are triggered by what someone just did, and most accounts don't have them. Here's what we usually find, and what we build.

What leaves money in the inbox

  • One confirmation email, then nothing
  • A newsletter sent whenever someone has time
  • The same email to buyers, leads and lapsed customers
  • No email after an abandoned cart or an unanswered quote
  • Emails landing in spam because the domain was never set up
  • Success measured in open rates

What we build instead

  • A welcome series that tells new subscribers what to expect
  • A regular email on a schedule you can keep
  • Separate messages for leads, first-time buyers and repeat customers
  • Automatic follow-ups after a cart, a quote or a booking
  • A sending domain set up to Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook's current rules
  • Reported on sales, bookings and revenue per email

NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.

Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.

They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.

Six systems.
One list that sells.

This is the order we work in. Deliverability and the automatic flows come first, because they run every day; campaigns build on top.

01 / 06
Deliverability
Sending domain authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, one-click unsubscribe in place, and addresses that bounce cleaned out.
Month 1
02 / 06
Welcome Series
What a new subscriber, lead or customer receives in their first days, written to move them one step closer to buying.
Month 1
03 / 06
Triggered Flows
Emails sent by what people do: an abandoned cart, an unanswered quote, a booking coming up, a first purchase.
Month 1-2
04 / 06
Segments
Leads, first-time buyers, repeat customers and lapsed ones split, so each gets the message that fits.
Month 2
05 / 06
Campaigns
A regular newsletter or offer on a schedule you can keep, written in your voice and approved by you.
Ongoing
06 / 06
Revenue Report
Sales, bookings and revenue per email, month by month, with unsubscribes and spam complaints watched.

Pricing, scoped to you.

Priced on how many flows and campaigns you need. A store with five flows and a weekly email needs more than a service business with one nurture series, so we quote after the call.

We get asked these every week.

Is this cold email?

No. Everything on this page goes to people who gave you their address: customers, leads and subscribers. Emailing businesses that never asked to hear from you is cold email, which has different rules and is a separate service.

Have you run email marketing for clients before?

Yes. We've built welcome, abandoned-checkout and follow-up emails for clients, and our build note on Facebook lead follow-up shows instant replies working. There's no published case study with email sales figures yet, so we won't quote numbers we can't show you.

Which email platform do you use?

Yours, if it does the job. We work in the platform you already pay for and only suggest a move when it's holding you back. Everything is built in your account, so you keep it if we part ways.

Why are our emails going to spam?

Usually authentication or complaints. Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo have required bulk senders to authenticate their domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, offer one-click unsubscribe and keep spam complaints under 0.3%. Outlook has required the same authentication from high-volume senders since May 2025. We fix the setup first, then watch complaint rates every month.

Do we need permission to email our customers?

It depends where they are. In the US, CAN-SPAM doesn't require prior consent, but every email needs a working unsubscribe, honored within 10 business days, and your postal address. In the UK, emailing individuals needs their consent, or the soft opt-in for existing customers who bought or asked about something similar and were offered an opt-out. Your adviser has the final word.

How often should we email?

As often as you have something useful to say and can keep it up. For most small businesses that means a campaign every week or two, with triggered flows running on their own. We watch unsubscribes and complaints and adjust.

How much does email marketing cost?

Our email marketing runs $500-$2,000 a month, month-to-month, with entry plans from $500. Your email platform's subscription is paid directly to the provider.

What happens on the strategy call?

Half an hour. We look at what your subscribers receive today and how your domain is set up, then tell you the first flow we'd build.

Sell again to people who know you.

30 minutes. We'll look at your list, your platform and what your subscribers get today, then tell you the first emails we'd add. Pick a time.

We'll email within one business day to confirm your call. No spam, no obligation.
