Retargeting ads agency
Most visitors leave.
Some just need a reason to come back.
Most people who visit your site leave without booking or buying. Retargeting shows them a second ad on Facebook, Instagram, Google or YouTube, matched to how far they got. Done well it's the cheapest sale in the account. Done badly it follows people around for months and takes credit for sales that would have happened anyway. We run the first kind.
A product viewer and a cart leaver
need different ads.
Retargeting works when the ad fits how far someone got. A person who read one blog post needs a reason to trust you. A person who abandoned a booking form needs a nudge and an answer to whatever stopped them. Here are the audiences we build first.
Split by how far they got
Visitors to key pages, people who started a booking or checkout, and people who left, each with its own ad and its own time window.
People who watched or engaged
Viewers of your videos and people who engaged with your Facebook or Instagram profile, who already know your name.
Upsell, or leave alone
Past customers uploaded as hashed lists, to offer the next thing, or to exclude so you don't pay to reach people who already bought.
When they search again
On Google, past visitors who search again can see your ad first, or a stronger bid, because they've already met you.
The same ad,
for six months.
Most retargeting we audit was switched on once and left. It shows one ad to everyone who ever visited, chases people who already bought, and claims every sale as its own. Here's the difference a real setup makes.
What makes retargeting annoying and wasteful
- One audience: everyone who visited in the last 180 days
- The same ad to a blog reader and a cart abandoner
- Customers who already bought still being chased
- No frequency limit, so the keenest see it daily
- Every sale it touched counted as its own
- Health or finance audiences built against platform rules
What we set up
- Audiences split by page, action and recency
- Ads that answer the question that stopped each group
- Customers excluded, or shown the next offer instead
- Frequency watched and creative rotated
- Holdout or comparison checks on what's really extra
- Audiences built within Meta's and Google's privacy rules
The founders we work with.
Here's what founders say after working with us - unfiltered.
They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.
NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.
Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.
Six systems.

How we set up retargeting. Tracking and exclusions come first, because they're where most of the waste is.
Pricing, scoped to you.
Priced on the platforms and audiences involved. Adding retargeting to campaigns we already run is a small step; setting it up across Meta and Google from scratch takes more, so we confirm the fee after a look at your accounts.
- Month-to-month · No setup fees · No long-term contracts
- Scoped to your platforms and audiences, not a fixed package
- You keep full ownership of your ad accounts
ALL PRICES IN USD · AD SPEND PAID DIRECTLY TO META AND GOOGLE

Have you published a retargeting case study?
Not one about retargeting on its own. Retargeting runs inside the Facebook and Google accounts in our case studies, but we don't publish separate figures for it, so we won't quote any here.
What's the difference between retargeting and remarketing?
Nothing much in practice. Meta calls it retargeting with custom audiences. Google used to call it remarketing and now calls the lists "your data" segments. Both mean showing ads to people who've already visited, engaged or bought.
How long do people stay in a retargeting audience?
You choose. Meta's website audiences can keep people for up to 180 days, and Google's data segments for up to 540. Shorter windows usually work better for most small businesses, with longer ones kept for slow decisions.
How much traffic do we need?
Enough for the audiences to fill. Google needs at least 100 active users in the last 30 days before a list can serve on Display or YouTube. If your site gets very little traffic, more traffic is the job first.
Can health businesses use retargeting?
With limits. Google doesn't let advertisers in sensitive categories, including health, use customer lists or data segments. Meta blocks custom and lookalike audiences that suggest specific health conditions or financial status. We'll tell you what's allowed for your business before building anything.
Doesn't retargeting take credit for sales that would have happened anyway?
Often, yes, which is why we judge it on what it adds. Where volume allows we compare against a holdout group; where it doesn't, we keep budgets small and watch total sales, not the platform's claims.
How much does retargeting cost?
Our management runs $500-$2,000 a month, month-to-month, with entry plans from $500, usually alongside the rest of your Facebook or Google ads. Ad spend is paid straight to the platforms.
