Microsoft ads agency
Not everyone searches on Google.
Reach the ones who don't.
Microsoft's search ads show on Bing and on partner sites such as Yahoo, AOL, DuckDuckGo and Ecosia. Those searches are fewer than Google's, but people are looking for the same things. If your Google Ads already work, Microsoft Ads is usually the quickest extra source of the same intent. We import your best campaigns, then tune them separately, because the audience and the auction aren't the same.
Already on Google?
Start here.
Microsoft Ads works best as a second search channel. It uses the same keywords and much the same ad formats, so a Google account that works gives us a head start. What changes is who's searching, which devices they use and what each click costs, which is why we tune it separately after the import.
A head start, then a split
Your best Google campaigns imported into Microsoft Ads, then reviewed line by line, because bids, budgets and some settings don't carry over sensibly.
Same intent, different engine
Search campaigns for the services you sell, and Shopping campaigns for stores with a product feed, on Bing and Microsoft's partner sites.
Company, industry and job function
Microsoft can raise or lower bids by company, industry and job function using LinkedIn profile data, which helps B2B campaigns spend more on the right searchers.
Judged on the same numbers
The UET tag, call tracking and offline conversions set up, so Microsoft Ads is judged on the same leads and sales as Google.
You imported from Google.
Then nobody looked again.
Most Microsoft Ads accounts we see were copied from Google once and left running. Some spend too little to learn anything; others quietly waste money on partner sites and search terms nobody checked. Here's what we usually find, and what we fix.
What wastes Microsoft Ads budget
- A one-time import nobody has reviewed since
- Bids and budgets copied straight from Google
- Search partner traffic never checked
- No conversion tag, so results are guessed
- A search terms report nobody reads
- A budget too small to tell you anything
What we put in place
- The import as a starting point, then a separate review
- Bids and budgets set for Microsoft's own auction
- Partner sites reviewed and excluded where they don't convert
- The UET tag and offline conversions set up
- Negative keywords added from the search terms every week
- A test budget big enough to give you an answer
The founders we work with.
Here's what founders say after working with us - unfiltered.
Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.
They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.
NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.
Six systems.
One second search channel.
This is the order we work in. Tracking first, then the import, then the work that makes it more than a copy of Google.
Pricing, scoped to you.
Priced on the account's size, and whether we also run your Google Ads. Adding Microsoft Ads to a Google account we already manage is a smaller job than taking it on alone, so we quote after the call.
- Month-to-month · No setup fees · No long-term contracts
- Scoped to your campaigns and markets, not a fixed package
- You keep full ownership of your ad account
ALL PRICES IN USD · AD SPEND PAID DIRECTLY TO MICROSOFT
NCMborz vs. the alternatives
Businesses usually weigh three ways to run Microsoft Ads. Here's how they compare.
Here's exactly what you get.

Tracking & import
UET tag and conversions set up, and your best Google campaigns imported and reviewed.
Launch & clean
Campaigns live, with search terms and partner sites checked twice a week.
Tune
Bids, budgets and ad copy adjusted to how Microsoft's audience responds.
Grow or stop
Spend raised where it pays, and a straight recommendation if it doesn't.

Have you run Microsoft Ads for clients before?
Not as published work: none of our case studies is a Microsoft Ads account, and we won't imply one. This page sets out exactly how we'd run yours, and you can question any of it on the call.
Is Microsoft Ads the same as Bing Ads?
Yes. Bing Ads was renamed Microsoft Advertising, and most people still call it Bing Ads. The ads run on Bing and on Microsoft's partner sites.
Where do Microsoft search ads appear?
On Bing, and on search partner sites such as Yahoo, AOL, DuckDuckGo and Ecosia. Microsoft also places some ads in Copilot. We check which placements convert and exclude the ones that don't.
Can you copy our Google Ads campaigns?
Yes. Microsoft Ads has a Google import, and it can repeat daily, weekly or monthly. We use it as a starting point only: bids, budgets and some settings don't translate, so we review everything after it runs and usually stop scheduled imports once the two accounts start to differ.
Is Microsoft Ads worth it for a small business?
Often, if Google Ads already works for you. It reaches the same kind of search intent at smaller volume. If your Google account isn't profitable yet, fix that first, and we'll tell you so on the call.
Can Microsoft Ads target by job title or company?
It can use LinkedIn profile data to raise or lower bids by company, industry and job function. On search ads this adjusts bids rather than narrowing who sees the ad, and availability varies by market. It helps B2B campaigns where the same keyword is typed by buyers and by students or job seekers.
How much does Microsoft Ads management cost?
Our Microsoft Ads management runs $500-$2,000 a month, month-to-month, with entry plans from $500. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Microsoft.
What happens on the strategy call?
Half an hour. We look at your Google Ads results, check how much of the same search demand exists on Bing, and tell you whether we'd add it.
Reach the searchers Google doesn't.
30 minutes. We'll look at your Google Ads and tell you whether Microsoft Ads is worth adding, and what it would take. Pick a time.
