LinkedIn ads agency for B2B lead generation
Your buyer has a job title.
LinkedIn lets you aim at it.
LinkedIn is the ad platform where you can reach people by job title, company, industry and seniority. That precision comes at a price, so the job is making sure each click comes from someone who could buy. We run LinkedIn ads for B2B companies, send every lead into your CRM, and judge campaigns on meetings and pipeline, not form fills.
Who signs off,
and who researches?
B2B deals rarely have one buyer. Someone researches, someone recommends and someone signs. LinkedIn is good at reaching all of them by role, which is why it suits considered B2B purchases and wastes money on small or impulse ones.
By role, company and seniority
Audiences built from job function or title, seniority, company size and industry, or from a list of named target accounts. LinkedIn needs at least 300 members to run and suggests 50,000, so we size them before launch.
Worth a work email
A guide, a benchmark, a demo or a short consultation, shown in single-image, document or video ads written for the people you're targeting.
Leads straight into your CRM
LinkedIn's own lead forms, filled in from the member's profile, synced to your CRM so sales sees each lead the same day.
Judged on meetings, not clicks
The Insight Tag and conversion tracking set up, and leads followed into your CRM so each campaign is judged on meetings and pipeline.
You've tried LinkedIn ads.
The leads went nowhere.
Most LinkedIn accounts we review spent their budget on a broad audience, a boosted post and a form nobody followed up. LinkedIn clicks add up quickly, so these mistakes get expensive fast. Here's what we usually find, and what we build.
What burns a LinkedIn budget
- Boosted posts instead of campaigns built for a goal
- Audiences so broad that anyone with a job qualifies
- Targeting settings left on their defaults
- Leads downloaded by hand, days later
- The same ad running for months
- Success measured in clicks and cost per lead
What we build instead
- One goal per campaign: leads, site visits or awareness
- Audiences defined by role, seniority and company fit
- Every targeting setting chosen on purpose
- Leads synced to your CRM and followed up the same day
- New creative tested every month
- Reported on meetings booked and pipeline created
The founders we work with.
Here's what founders say after working with us - unfiltered.
Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.
NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.
They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.
Six systems.
One B2B pipeline.
This is the order we work in. Tracking and audiences come first, because on LinkedIn the wrong audience is an expensive mistake.
Pricing, scoped to you.
Priced on the size and complexity of the account. One audience and one offer is a different job from several regions, products and target account lists, so we quote after the call.
- Month-to-month · No setup fees · No long-term contracts
- Scoped to your audiences and offers, not a fixed package
- You keep full ownership of your ad account
ALL PRICES IN USD · AD SPEND PAID DIRECTLY TO LINKEDIN
NCMborz vs. the alternatives
B2B companies usually weigh three ways to run LinkedIn ads. Here's how they compare.
Here's exactly what you get.
The first quarter, in order. Tracking and audiences first; budget follows the campaigns that produce meetings.
Tracking & audiences
Insight Tag, conversions and CRM sync set up, and the first audiences agreed with you.
Launch
The first campaigns live, with one offer for each stage of the buyer's decision.
Learn & cut
Audiences and ads that don't produce meetings cut, and budget moved to those that do.
Scale what works
New creative and offers tested, and spend raised only where pipeline follows.

Have you run LinkedIn ads for clients before?
Not as published work: none of our case studies is a LinkedIn account, and we won't imply one. You can see exactly how we'd run yours on this page, and question any of it on the call.
How much should we spend on LinkedIn ads?
LinkedIn's minimum daily budget is $10, but a test that tells you anything needs enough clicks over several weeks. We'll suggest a test budget for your audience and deal size on the call, and say so if LinkedIn doesn't suit it.
Is LinkedIn better than Google Ads for B2B?
They do different jobs. Google reaches people already searching for what you sell. LinkedIn reaches the right people by role and company before they search. If buyers search for your category, start with Google; if they don't, LinkedIn or Meta can reach them earlier.
What are LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms?
Forms that open inside LinkedIn and fill themselves in from the member's profile, so more people complete them. The trade-off can be lead quality, so we sync them to your CRM and follow up fast.
Can you target specific companies?
Yes. LinkedIn lets you upload a list of target companies or contacts as a matched audience. We use it for account-based campaigns alongside role targeting.
Do you track what happens after the form?
Yes. Form fills don't pay the bills, so leads go into your CRM and we report on meetings and pipeline. LinkedIn's Conversions API can also send offline outcomes, such as a qualified lead, back to LinkedIn.
How much does LinkedIn ads management cost?
Our LinkedIn ads management runs $500-$2,000 a month, month-to-month, with entry plans from $500. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to LinkedIn.
What happens on the strategy call?
Half an hour. We size your audience in LinkedIn, look at your offer and deal size, and tell you whether LinkedIn is the right place to start.
Get in front of the decision maker.
30 minutes. We'll size your audience on LinkedIn, look at anything you've run before, and tell you whether it's worth testing. Pick a time.
