Lead generation services for small businesses
Leads are easy to buy.
Customers aren't.
Any agency can buy you form fills. The hard part is turning them into appointments and sales: leads that are real, answered within minutes, and followed up until they decide. We run lead generation for small businesses across Facebook, Instagram and Google, in your own ad accounts, connect every lead to the person who calls it, and report on what each customer cost, not what each form cost.
What does a customer
cost you today?
Most small businesses can tell us their cost per lead. Few can tell us their cost per customer, because nothing connects the form to the sale. That's where lead generation budgets disappear: cheap leads that never answer, good leads that wait a day for a call, and ads optimized toward whichever form is easiest to fill in. We start with the number that matters and work backwards from it.
Facebook, Google, or both
Google Ads reach people searching right now; Facebook and Instagram reach people before they search. We choose by how your customers buy, with benchmarks as the starting point: LocalIQ's 2026 averages are $27.39 per Facebook lead and $66.69 per Google search lead.
Questions that sort the real ones
Instant forms and landing pages that ask what you need to know before calling: the service, the timing, the area. When quality is the problem, we test Meta's higher intent form, which adds a review screen before someone submits.
Answered in minutes
Every lead goes to your CRM, phone or inbox the moment it arrives, with an automatic first reply. Our own follow-up app sent the first email to each of its first 52 Facebook leads in a median of 10 seconds.
Cost per customer, not per form
Booked appointments and sales are tracked back to the campaign that produced them, and sent to Meta and Google where volume and the rules allow, so the platforms look for more people like your customers.
Cheap leads aren't the win.
Customers are.
Owners tell us their leads are junk, or that they never answer. Usually the form makes it too easy, the follow-up is too slow, or the ads are optimized toward the wrong result. Here's what we usually find, and what a properly built lead generation system does instead.
What's draining your budget
- Lead forms anyone can fill in without reading
- Leads sitting in Ads Manager until someone remembers to download them
- First call made the next day, after the lead has booked someone else
- Campaigns optimized for form fills, so the platform finds more form fillers
- One channel for everything, whether customers search or scroll
- Marketplace leads that several competitors are also calling
- No record of which leads became customers
- Reported on cost per lead and nothing else
What we install instead
- Forms with qualifying questions, tested against a landing page
- Leads synced to your CRM or phone the moment they arrive
- An automatic first reply in seconds and a call within minutes
- Optimized toward qualified leads and sales where volume allows
- Search for urgent demand, Facebook and Instagram for the rest
- Leads from your own ads, sent only to you
- Every lead's outcome recorded, from enquiry to sale
- Reported on cost per booked appointment and cost per customer
The founders we work with.
Here's what founders say after working with us - unfiltered.
Our old site was clunky and our ads were bleeding cash. Their team stepped in, rebuilt everything, and suddenly shoppers could buy without any fuss. They explain the numbers in plain language and always lay out the next move. First agency that's truly felt like part of our crew.
They built our Shopify store from sketch to polish, and the ads keep bringing in people who actually appreciate the product. Fast, thoughtful, no guessing games. For a brand that sweats the small stuff, having a partner who gets that is a big deal.
NCMborz rebuilt our site, then unleashed focused Meta and Google ads that filled coaching calendars fast. Branding, traffic, engagement, revenue - every dot now connects and we speak to ideal students. They made bold decisions feel easy with calm, data-backed reasoning.
Six systems.
One lead-to-sale build.
This is the order we build every lead generation account in. Follow-up comes before scale, because pouring more leads into a slow process only makes the problem bigger.

What do lead generation services for small businesses include?
Ads that bring enquiries, on Facebook, Instagram, Google or a mix; forms or landing pages that qualify them; routing so each lead reaches the right person in minutes; and tracking that shows which leads became customers. We run all four, in your own accounts.
Do you sell leads or lead lists?
No. We run ads in your own ad accounts, so every lead goes only to you. We don't sell lists, share leads between clients or buy leads from marketplaces.
Is this the same as your cold email service?
No. This page is about inbound leads: people who respond to your ads and contact you. Our cold email outreach service is for B2B companies contacting other businesses directly. Cold-emailing consumers isn't something we do.
Which is better for leads, Facebook or Google?
Google for people searching when they need you now, Facebook and Instagram for people who would buy but aren't searching yet. LocalIQ's 2026 averages are $27.39 per Facebook lead and $66.69 per Google search lead, but a search lead is often closer to buying, so judge them on cost per customer.
How much does a lead cost?
It depends heavily on the industry. In LocalIQ's 2026 benchmarks, Facebook leads averaged from $12.30 for careers and employment to $61.56 for dentists, and Google search leads from $26.84 for arts and entertainment to $131.63 for attorneys. Your own numbers will differ by area and offer.
How fast should we follow up a lead?
Within minutes if you can. In a 2011 Harvard Business Review study of 2,241 US companies, firms that tried to contact a lead within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to qualify it as firms that waited longer. 30 of the first 52 leads our own follow-up app handled arrived outside weekday office hours.
Have you done lead generation for businesses like ours?
Our published work is with booking-led local businesses, two climbing centres written up with the numbers, plus our own lead follow-up app. We won't claim results in your industry that we can't show you.
How much do your lead generation services cost?
Management runs $500-$2,000 a month, month-to-month, plus ad spend paid directly to Meta or Google. The fee depends on the channels, the number of services and the ad spend.
Do we own the leads and the ad accounts?
Yes. The ad accounts, the pixel, the CRM and every lead stay in your name. If you stop working with us, everything stays with you.
What happens on the strategy call?
30 minutes. We look at your current leads, how they're followed up and what they turn into, then tell you what we'd change and roughly what it would cost. If we're a fit, we scope it. If not, no follow-up sequence and no pressure.
Leads that turn into customers.
30 minutes. We'll look at where your leads come from, how fast they're answered and what happens after, then tell you what a customer should cost you and which channel to start with. Pick a time.
